Laino Throws 4-Hitter En Route to 6-1 Generals Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Nashville Outlaws and Washington Generals get after it.

The Washington Generals tallied a win at Palmer Stadium, throttling the Nashville Outlaws, 6-1. Starting pitcher Mike Laino was a big reason for his team's success. The win gives Washington a season record of 44-29.

Laino, a native of Boynton Beach, Florida, was dealing all game. He kept Nashville hitters off-balance, while giving the Generals 9 quality innings. Laino threw 98 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 6.

Laino told a Washington Daily reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
