Blues Top Generals, 4-0, Behind Espinosa | Memphis Blues starter Albert Espinosa turned in an exceptional performance against the Washington Generals at Gateway Field, resulting in a Memphis win, 4-0. Chris Brade was credited with the save, his 11th in 12 tries. The Blues now have a record of 26-50.
Espinosa earned the win, going 7.2 strong innings for Memphis. The right-hander allowed just 3 hits, while striking out 12. Washington hitters had little success against him.
