Outlaws Bridle Bats, 2-0 | The Nashville Outlaws beat the Austin Bats, 2-0, at Dell Diamond. Starting pitcher Jeff Keniston was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. The Bats drop to 11-11 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2051 season.
Greg Ritch, the 31-year old third baseman , had a direct impact on the outcome. Ritch contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fifth inning to put Nashville up, 1-0.
"It's a mindset," said Keniston. "Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent." | | | | |
